    Individual should be ready to perform consistently in a very high performing team. Primary task of the individual would be to maintain the database of all IDC (Image Printing and Document Solutions) IPDS-related data for the Asia/Pacific region. It would include planning and execution of the tracker process, scheduling and structuring all related tasks, establishing resources requirement, assembling the necessary input and compiling tools, conducting training on tools and database features, monitoring the progress, regulating the policies and timelines, developing quality control process, coordinating data reconciliation activities, developing data models, and preparing deliverable files for all software tracker programs. This will eventually lead to integrating all data sources into the database. The individual would be required to work extensively with many regional analysts, country analysts and worldwide analysts. Development and management of vendor and market models for the region in collaboration with required stakeholders would be essential part of the responsibility. In terms of client delivery, the individual would be working very closely with program managers to ensure high quality servicing. The individual will also support in customer inquiry duties with the relevant program managers. Responsibility would also include generating custom data and deliverables for domains depending on the requirement of regional analysts, teams and other stake holders.


    The analyst be covering the Graphics & Industrial printing domain, which includes:

    - LFP Tracker (Large Format Printers)

    - PP Tracker (Production Printers)

    - 3D Printing


    In addition, the analyst needs to support any consulting projects related to IPDS (Imaging Printing & Document Solutions).
