About the position
This role will be responsible for managing sales operations for the IDC MEA region and will require a “hands-on” operational responsibility for supporting the sales operations charter covering managing bookings processing and reporting, business and customer analytics, Salesforce.com adoption and process leadership, oversee the day-to-day customer support function.
The role will have a regional remit, primarily GCC but will actively work in collaboration with Emerging Markets of Middle East and Africa as well as with other IDC regions. This role reports directly into the MEA AVP Conferences.
