    • Quality Assurance Engineer at IDC you will work very closely with developers on ensuring quality of our applications.
    • You will be tasked to review business requirements from a testing perspective before development. During development, you will create comprehensive test plans and test cases. You will also execute those plans, coordinate testing with developers if necessary and report the results.
    • You will also be asked to create automated tests in a Selenium framework to speed up the process of testing. Experience with creating Selenium tests is a plus, but if you know basics of programming (e.g. Java or .NET) and you are willing to learn more, we are happy to teach you more.
    • You will have a chance to use your creativity and influence how the quality assurance process in your team will look.
    • In addition, you will spend approximately 15% of your time as a first level support. You will help IDC employees to troubleshoot technical problems they experience with the products that your team will develop. You will then gather feedback from our employees and pass them to corresponding development team.
    • You are going to work with remote teams and thus we require previous experience as Quality Assurance Engineer (1 to 3 years).




    • Good communication skills (English),
    • Software engineering background (either graduated from Software engineering program or has experience with developing software)
    • Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
    • Estimating, prioritizing, planning, testing and coordinating testing activities
    • At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
    • Basic programming skills so that the engineer can develop and execute automated tests (you do not need to have experience with developing automated tests but you should be willing to learn more about it)
    • Experience with Selenium tests is plus
    • Experience with SCRUM development is plus
