    • Support of all administration and logistics matters related to conferences within assigned area

    • Co-ordination with Conference Specialists, Managers and conference team MEA

    • Support the Conference team and achieve success of IDC conferences

    • Manage and execute responsibilities such as: invitation process (e-mailing, faxing and direct mail), telephone follow-up, confirming registrations, keeping registration lists and provides reports on number and structure of registrants

    • Support the pre-event (venue selection, co-ordination with hotels, sponsors/speaker co-ordination, preparation of badges, compiling attendee tote bags), and on-site activities for South Africa events  

    • Maintain responsibility of updating local events web sites in Intranet/Semik;

    • Support all PR related tasks

    • Support all pre-event and post-event reporting as necessary and assigned

    • Travel to events as required and co-ordinates all aspects of on-site operation

    • Putting together materials supporting regional partners

    • Other activities, as specified by Regional Conference AVP of IDC
