  • Must have good experience in supporting MS Windows PC
  • Good exposures in troubleshooting and configuration of hardware and software
  • Experience in supporting other IT equipment such as networks, servers and peripherals
  • Resolving support requests as well as meeting user satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands over the phone, through e-mail, phone, in person and self-service.


  • At least 2 years working experience in desktop & helpdesk support
  • Self-Learner
  • Ability to work with remote teams as well as independently
  • Minimum Diploma Holder in IT or equivalent qualifications
  • Ability to converse well in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
