  • Gather business requirements from various AP teams (e.g. marketing, events, sales), explore various systems, select one of them based on the criteria and suggest IDC teams how to employ them effectively.
  • Gather business requirements from various AP teams for development by IDC internal development teams
  • Prepare and conduct training for various IDC systems in Asia Pacific region (Publishing 4.0, ExactTarget, Cvent etc…)
  • Act as a first level support. Help AP employees to troubleshoot technical problems they experience and/or connect them to the respective development teams
  • Gather feedback from AP employees and pass them to corresponding development teams
  • Closely cooperate with International Development team (help the team with testing the systems from functional and usability perspective)


  • Senior Financial Analyst:  Asia Pacific.  China-based


    Develop financial models through benchmarking and historical analysis

    Forecast monthly/quarterly/annual revenue and expense by product and country

    Prepare cost projections

    Compare and explain anticipated versus actual results and identify areas of improvement

    Research and resolve management/business unit inquiries related to financial performance/measurement

    Prepare foreign currency transactions analysis and its impact on financial results

    Preparation and analysis of periodic management reporting of financial results

    Support and lead the preparation of annual/monthly operating budgets by product and country


    Required/Demonstrable Skills and experience:

                    MUST BE ABLE to speak fluent English

    Previous experience as Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role

                    Microsoft Excel, VBA, Access

                    Multi-currency reporting/consolidation

                    Exposure to multiple general ledger software packages

                    Familiarity with intercompany elimination concepts and transactions

                    Excellent organization skills and multi-tasking abilities

                    Employment in a services company/industry

                    BS degree in Finance or Accounting

                    Effective communication and presentation skills

                    Excellent organization skills and multitasking abilities


    Very good communication skills (English), Chinese is a plus

  • Ability to explore various IT systems independently, suggest processes for teams to use them effectively
  • Software engineering background (either graduated from Software engineering program or has experience with developing software)
